My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The room was surprisingly clean and spacious, which was a relief. However, I can't say the same about the service, which left much to be desired, especially with the check-in confusion. The location is fantastic, being just a short walk to the beach, and the on-site café provided a great dining option. Overall, while there were some positives, the negatives made the experience less than ideal.
The hotel has a fantastic location close to the beach, which is a big plus. Despite the cleanliness of the rooms, some amenities felt outdated and could use significant improvement. The service was responsive, but overall management needs to address the numerous issues guests faced. While it was somewhat accommodating, I wouldn't say it was good value for money considering the experience.
